Emergency Contact Information and Procedures

Listed below are the first points of contact for emergencies.

For most condo related emergencies, the property manager should be the first point of contact. The property manager has an answering service that determines the nature of an emergency and pages the appropriate contact person after normal business hours.

Plumbing emergencies should first be referred to the property manager. However, due to the nature of the emergency, the resident may opt to contact our contracted plumber and inform any neighbors of an emergency, as well.

Please consider the downstairs or adjacent neighbors in notifying people of an emergency.
